MIC’s peenflex damage and abrasion resistant mouldings are a simple but cost effective solution to the protection of component parts through the various stages of processing, lifting, moving, storage and despatch.


We have applied Peenflex mouldings for many years in the protection of sensitive component areas.
These mouldings form an integral part of the comprehensive tooling and component protection service which has been developed to meet our needs and that of our customers to prevent handling damage.

Using our knowledge and experience, MIC’s damage review team is able to assess component requirements to produce mouldings to meet customers’ specific needs and reduce unnecessary costs resulting from damage, delays and rework.

All our mouldings are rigorously tested to ensure a high quality of wear resistance enabling them to be recycled many times through the handling stages, and presenting a cost effective solution to damage prevention.

By studying our customers’ components, drawings, processing or handling problems, MIC will accurately assess and propose solutions to reduce damage, inspection and rework costs.

Sample mouldings will then be produced for customers’ own in-house assessment and trials.
Following these trials, approval of initial samples and order placement, production volumes will be supplied to meet demand.

This process ensures the development of a high quality and cost effective product designed to meet customers’ specific and exacting requirements.
